Jul 27, 2010 Rating Can't get it to slow cook by: Heidi No matter what we do we can't get it to cook slow enough. We have to open the lid and put a chunk of foil to prop it open, and rotate the food, to cool it down for slow cooking. Other than that we love it. It smokes food wonderfully. Put steaks on high and keep it there. Yummy!
