May 01, 2011 Rating very difficult assembly by: Anonymous It is almost impossible to install the legs flush with the kettle, as the assembly instructions indicate. Worse, there is nothing readily available on Weber's site offering tips on how to deal with assembly problems, or to show what the legs are supposed to look like when properly installed. I've been at it for over an hour and still have + 1/8"gap between the leg and the bowl. For $150, I would at least like better info. And to know whether a small gap between the leg/bowl is going to matter. I suspect it will. So something that should take 20 minutes is half the day. Not a happy camper right now.
