My Favorite Flank Steak Marinade
by Conrad
While there's nothing like a juicy flank steak, a 24-hour marinade can make it even better. You'll need to collect these ingredients: - 1 can undiluted consommé - 1/3 cup soy sauce - 3 tablespoon lime juice - 1/4 cup chopped green onions - 2 tablespoon brown sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon season salt - 1 clove garlic, minced - 1/2 grated fresh ginger After combining all of the ingredients, periodically flip the streak so both sides get marinated well. Then refrigerate the marinade and steak overnight. The next evening, broil or grill the flank steak. When broiling, you'll need to broil it for about three minutes on each side for a rare steak -more for medium and well-done versions. While cooking the meat, add diagonal cuts atop the steak, and drizzle some of the extra marinade over the meat. When the steak is done cooking, get out your fork and steak knife-and enjoy!

The Best Way To Cook Your Burgers Is a Recipe All By Itself
I'm not picky. I will eat any hamburger that is cooked properly. That means, it's cooked over charcoal and not that tasteless gas so many people seem to like. Like? They don't know any better!
You can mix all kinds of seasonings into your patties, stack all the condiments you want on top of the patty, but when it comes right down to it, the meat is what matters. And a simple combination of hamburger meat and whatever it is that good lump charcoal is the secret ingredient I use.
Get with the program folks. Weber grill recipes don't just mean for gas grills. Go back to the way your grandaddy taught you and get a real grill!

A Spicy Grilled Chicken Kabob Recipe
by Conrad
If you love grilled chicken, but want to add some spice to the experience, then consider preparing this tasty skewer grilled chicken recipe. Whether you're feeding your family or friends, they'll all love this new take on an old favorite. The ingredients you'll need to round up include:
2 pounds chicken breasts 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground lemongrass 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon light soy sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
First, you should bone and skin the chicken breasts. Then cut them into bite-size chunks that are 1/4-inch in thickness. Afterward, combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything well.
Next, cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken and mixture for 3-4 hours. You'll also need to soak the bamboo skewers in water 3-4 hours. Now you're ready to fire up your grill!
Thread the chicken chunks onto the skewers. If you'd like, alternate the chicken chunks with thick pieces of onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Grill the skewers for roughly 3 minutes.
Afterward, flip them and grill the other side for another 3 minutes. This recipe will make 6 servings of tasty skewer grilled chicken.

Kaitlan's Favorite Grilled Chicken Recipe
by Kaitlan
Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite grilled chicken recipes. It includes a dry rub recipe that's perfect for chicken-though you could certainly use it for other types of meat as well. OK, let's get down to the nitty-gritty of the recipe. You'll need the following ingredients:
chicken parts 1/2 cup paprika 6 tablespoons salt 6 tablespoons garlic powder 5 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons onion powder 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper 2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme 2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
Each of these ingredients is crucial for making the perfect dry rub, so make sure that you have all of them before you get started.
First, combine the paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Make sure that you mix everything well, so it will be evenly distributed.
Next, preheat your grill. Brush the chicken parts with olive oil, and then add the dry rub.
Next, grill the chicken to perfection, and then enjoy!
If you have leftover dry rub then store it in a container that's 100% airtight. It's crucial that the container is airtight, to extend the life of the dry rub.

An Idea For Grilling Hot Dogs
by Gerald
(McAllen, TX)
How do you grill the perfect hotdog? If you're using a gas grill, then preheat it first. Next, set the grill's heat to a low setting. Use tongs to put the hot dogs on the grill (Place them perpendicular to the grating to add those charred hot dog lines).
Turn the hot dogs every two minutes, so each side is cooked thoroughly. After the hot dog turn red or orange on all sides, then they're fully cooked.
Use the tongs to transfer them to a plate. Then turn off the grill. Finally, place the hot dog in a bun, add your favorite toppings, and dig in!
