Weber Genesis Silver B by James Vance

I purchased my Weber Genesis Silver B in 2002. I have used this grill year round ever since, do not baby it and have no regrets in my purchase.

In 2005, the grates were chipping. I contacted Weber and they sent replacements without any hassle at no charge to me. It is now 2009 and my cross over tube on my burners is rusting out. I contacted Weber and they are sending me a new burner set at no charge to me since the burners are under a 10 year warranty and the replacements will have this same warranty.

I can not say enough good things about Weber. They do back their product with great customer service. Their grills and warranty are awesome. Sure, you pay more for a Weber but look at what you get with this purchase!

I've had this grill for 7 years and probably won't need another for many years to come.
