I rec'd this as a gift on 12-25-2009. I bought a $ 75 cover for it and it is kept on a covered screened in porch.

In April of 2010 I noticed all the "stainless steel" areas were RUSTING!

I tried for three days to contact "Customer Service" and finally talked to a person. All I could get from her was that they would send me new pieces and I would have to replace the bad parts.

I had a "cheap" grill for 12 years and never had any problems like this. I'm still waiting on some replacement parts.

Weber's "Customer Service" and their Quality leave much to be desired.
It cooks good , but looks bad.

I'm a bit surprised by this. Not just that the stainless pieces were rusting, but that you had a bad customer service experience. -Mike
