Weber E-310 Gas Grill

Scratched and dented out of the box, Weber supplied parts but had to do own installation.
Uneven heat, hotspots , slow to heat up. Contacted Weber cutover service, not only did not listen to my issues but had start grill for representative. Weber replacing burners but of course I will have to do the installation again. Purchased Aug 2010, will not buy another Weber grill.

Had Broilmaster that was 16 years old should have just paid for replacement parts, never an issue the Broilmaster grill.
