Viking VGIQ4103RTILSS Gas Grill

we bought the grill in September 2008. We paid for a Viking cover. We used the cover religiously. All sides of the grill began to rust on the outside. I wrote to the CEO of Viking who chose not to stand behind his product. I am outraged and will not buy anything Viking again!
