Viking Grills - Facts, Company Profile and User FeedbackViking Gas Grills and ReviewsSocial Retargeting by Chango It was a two-year process getting the Viking range engineered and certified, with the creation of a hybrid between commercial and residential equipment. The first of its kind, Carl introduced it to the American Gas Association labs for testing. This was another lengthy process, since no such thing had ever been made before. After final approval, a test market batch of twenty was released to the public. Well, the product was so well received that Viking exploded in business! Within the next ten years the company continued growing, eventually making its way into the grilling market. Viking had moved into historic downtown Greenwood, Mississippi and had grown out of the area to encompass worldwide plants and facilities. Never losing sight of its own history, Fred Carl supports historical preservation and helped rebuild after Katrina.
The Viking BQCO is a commercial type grill with 25,000 BTU and stainless steel grill burners. The burner box is extra deep and sealed to keep the heat contained for easier temperature maintenance. This gas grill is rust resistant, no assembly is required. There is a natural airflow that offers the consumer a perfect way to bake side dishes and desserts. Outdoor kitchens offer irresistible grills including the VGBQ model. This 41" grill has an easy lift canopy that is built-in and hidden from view. The control panel is illuminated so that you can even grill in the dark! Double wall construction insulates the hood, with hidden rotisserie slots so that no heat escapes. Cast iron grates only add to the simplified beauty of the Viking grills. There are several other models available from Viking in their grill line, and all of them are made of stainless steel. The gas grills can be built into a cabinet or used on with a portable cart. For the luxurious, sleek centerpieces in your backyard, the Viking outdoor kitchens are a great addition for your conversation area. Charcoal Ceramic Cooking Capsules can also be purchased from the Viking grill line. This little guy acts as both a grill and a smoker. The airflow is elliptical within the capsule, thus circulating the heat and locking in flavor with infrared heat in a ceramic interior. Other infrared grillers can be found, as well as charcoal smokers. The Viking brand can be found in such stores as Krup, Spencers Appliances, Knights Electric, and P.C. Richardson.
