heat plate lasted one year then disentagrated. called uniflame to order replacement the rude cust service rep said it was a discontinued model and their was nothing else they would do. I complained so I got an email apologizing and restating it was a 2 year old model and they could not help me then suggested I look on the web. Lousy product, horrible non existent customer service. I will never buy uniflame , blue rhino products, or ferrelgas products again.
