USD 100 plus shipping to replace the heat plates that are falling apart in pieces is just ridiculous.

The Uniflame business model is interesting, sell a cheap product that does not look it and soon the customers will start paying handsomely for the required spare parts.

Wow!!!!! Am I ever glad I looked at this sight to see what kind of comments were made about the uniflame parts I needed. Got everything I needed from blue rhino for $62.00 including shipping. 4 heat plates and 2 wheel assemblies.

I'm glad I found this blog. I ordered the heat plates this morning for $18 a piece through allparts, found here that blue rhino makes Uniflame, canceled 1st order, called & got the heat plates for $8 a piece plus shipping.

I just purchased replacement heat plates and called the company. The cost for the part number 55-15-015 was $6.00 each for a total of $24 plus shipping which in my case was less than $10.00 which in my opionion after years of happy use was fine. I found the person I called to be friendly and helpful. Not sure what you are talking about.
