I puchased it 2 days ago and have had 2 of the best meals. The first was beer can chichen. Wow! great for left over chicken sandwhiches.
Tonight, Pork spare ribs. 2 hours smoking, 1 hour baking at 325, 1 hour rap in foil, apple juice, and brown sugar. 1 hour - baste in barbeque sauce and grill @250.
Finger lik'in, fall'in off the bone.
