Traeger BBQ055

Purchased my grill in Dec. 2010 and have not used it in anyway that is not normal. Fired it up the beginning of June and the hopper was putting out fire on smoke. Called Traeger and they ask me to take pictures which I did and the rep said he would have to send a new hopper but the hopper would have to be tested before it was sent out and that it would be about 2 weeks before I would get my new hopper. I then received an email saying they were completely out of hoppers and I would receive 1 when they came in. I waited more than 2 weeks and called customer service and asked if I could upgrade to the next size grill because their own rep said that they have problems with the small grills. I received an answer from management saying "no" to upgrade. They still did not have the hoppers in so they were going to remove one from a grill that was in stock and get it out.

I DO NOT CALL THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A GRILL FOR OVER A MONTH!!!!!!!!!
