Absolutely love it, you can fit 2 Pork Butts side by side. Low and slow for 12-18 hours, no problem. I did replace the gasket with a nomex one, higher temps no problem at all. I run the grill with a Stoker powered draft system. This grill holds stable temps in the cold PA winters and in the hot summers or even in the cold rain. Fantastic product. Previously owned a couple of different gassers and two Webers, gave them both away.
