Margherita Pizza on the Bubba Keg GrillYour Portable Wood Fired OvenFortunately, I picked up a platesetter Here's a look at this pizza. Pretty appetizing at first glance. Definitely something my wife would go for. I'm more of a meatsa meatsa guy myelf.
Got the Bubba Keg Grill fired up to 400 F. Didn't have too
much trouble stabilizing it now that I'm getting the hang of things. While the

You can see this thing has been getting some use in its short life. The next thing to do was get the pizza on the Bubba Keg.
At this point, I shut the lid. It slowly came back up to 400 F. I kept it in a little bit longer than 15 minutes since the temperature had dropped. It didn't help that I kept the lid open to take pictures. I did make a mistake that I won't repeat. I didn't heat the
pizza stone
I got it in the kitchen sliced it up. It smelled so good my hands were shaking.
I think you can see that the bottom didn't get as crusty as I would have liked. But I couldn't keep it in there any longer or the outside crust would have been burned. I won't make that mistake again. My pizza on the Bubba Keg Grill tasted great. It's been a long time since I've had a pizza from a wood fired oven and there is a definitely a tasty edge here. I'll be cooking all of my pizzas this way, including the frozen ones! The
