I'm very disappointed in this grill. The grill surface provides uneven cooking. There is wasted space on the cooking surface that is neither heated by the tube burners nor infrared burner. I also find the warming rack to be poorly designed. I purchased this the end of last season and used in for the first time the Summer of 2011. What a disappointment. I would gladly return it if I could. Stay away from Napoleon grills.
