Napoleon Mirage Disappointment

So far not worth the price. The infrared sear burner leaves the steaks tasting like metal. The rest of the grill cooks unevenly. We have broken it in for 1 week. It is the most expensive grill we have owned and I thought I would be eating some good grilled food. We are very disappointed.

Napoleon......A Really Bad Grill!

I agree with you. Owned our Napoleon grill for only one full year in CO;So not really bad weather conditions..... now the burners won't light; cooks uneven; paid way too much for a grill that does not perform.

Shame on Napoleon for putting out such a poor product. I will dedicate my time now to educating grilling folks to abandon their Napoleon Grill and never buy another!!!!!!

Worst Grill Ever

Worst Grill I ever owned and awful company who won't stand behind their product!

I have owned a Napoleon Grill for over two years and it's never cooked evenly. It won't even light evenly. I have had the salespeople come out and service it, clean it, including individually cleaning every single little gas burner hole. I have done the same myself many times and it's never lit evenly. The ingnition doesn't work. To make matters worse, the extra money I paid for the lifetime guarantee seems to be for naught when the company won't stand behind their product. They claim my stated issues aren't possible! By a Weber or even a Charbroil and save your money for a nice steak!
