My Favorite Beef Rib Marinade Recipe

1 can of lager beer 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil I put all of this in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Then reduct the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Once the marinade is cooled, I combine it with the ribs in a heavy duty freezer bag (ziplock) and put it in the fridge for a few hours. You can use the marinade to baste your ribs during the last part of the cooking process
