Model # 463210510 - Three burner grill with side burner

The regulator was defective right out of the box. Called char broil and they sent me a new one. A year later the regulator needs replaced again. I pointed this out to their customer service, and they said they cannot send me another. I pointed out that I received the replacement regulator about a year ago and asked about the quality of their parts. Their reply was that they do stand behind their parts. That cannot be true, the part needs replaced again, and they are not sending me a new one. Also, when looking at there web page for ordering a new regulator they have a universal regulator listed for $29.00. They told me that they cannot guarantee that one will fit my model. I asked why it is called a universal part then. I had to order the regulator for this model, which costs $79.00

Poor product, poor customer support, and poor replacement parts. Char broil is a name in the grill industry, which I will never use again.
