Lousy Customer Service

After about 4 months the power supply for my Guru went bad rendering the unit useless right about when I was about to use it this past weekend. I sent them an e-mail which they read, but never responded to. So I called them since I hoped to use the unit this weekend and today is Tuesday. But considering I only live 35 miles from Guru HQ, I shouldn't have a problem, right?

Guess what, if I want a replacement of this Chinese $1 power supply they want to issue me an RMA and have me mail it back to them to evaluate or repair. So they expect me to spend close to $5 plus my time and aggravation to ship back a power supply they will throw in the trash because YOU CAN'T REPAIR IT; a power supply that you can buy all day long for $5 on eBay or elsewhere.

The other choice they gave me is to go to Radio Shack! Great customer service on a $280 item! I'm sorry I bought this thing since now it is nothing but an overpriced gadget that has become more expensive since I have to replace the crappy power supply it is furnished with.

You may see it for sale on eBay, minus the power supply!
