Kenmore 4 burner stainless steel grill

Unfortunately for us, I bought a Kenmore grill based on several reviews about how well they grill and how well they stand up.

To be fair, the grill did cook well and still looks good from the outside. The problem I have is that the burners rotted (as did the bracket they sit on) after only about 2 1/2 seasons. When I tried to order new ones, they can't be found. I have tried going through Sears partsdirect and found them to be uncaring at best. I have tried everyone else I can think of and everyone tells me the same thing "they are on back order". So now here I am with a beautiful piece of crap and I have lost half my summer with no grill. You can't cook with no burners!
