How Big Is a Weber Ranch Kettle Anyway?

I was just at my local Ace Hardware yesterday and saw a 26.5" Weber One Touch Gold. My God that thing was huge? And the Ranch Kettle is 35 inches? Where the heck will I put it?

We like to have a lot of friends over on a regular basis, and I like to cook for them. What is a Ranch Kettle going to get me that the large One Touch Gold won't, other than a broken bank?

Is this for Pro's only, or are there legitimate needs at home for a Ranch Kettle? Maybe I need a ranch with a few dozen ranch hands?

Any personal experiences with this beast would certainly be welcome.
