Holland Legacy Grill
Customer service sucks. My handle broke while my grill was still under warranty, but I still had to buy the new handle for $30. It was explained to me that since the new handle was an upgrade, they don't cover it under warranty, nor do they offer the original style handle anymore. I ordered the handle and got 2 left handed brackets. I called in and they sent me another bracket, which was wrong! I called in again and tried to get them to send me the right handle with expedited shipping. They wouldn't agree to that, but they said I'd get the handle in 2 to 3 days. I'm on day 7 right now. The grill was $1100, and I'm not impressed at all!
