Holland Heritage

My Holland is 12 yrs old and they no longer make this model.I replaced the whole bottom end burner included at a cost of almost $300. When it rusted again I was told by Holland No parts were available for the Bottom Shell, that it had been discontinued,I was stuck with a Grill I could not repair.Holland would not give me a discount on another Grill as a loyal customer.Good Grill but no good customer relations.I could never buy another Holland because of the bad customer service,they are great people as long as you are buying parts etc.Be careful when buying a Holland Grill they will rust and parts are very expensive.....P.Anania
