Holland Heritage Grill

Hi I found this site while looking for a new Grill to Purchase. I have a Holland Heritage about 10 yrs old.It rusted out on the bottom after five years, the parts were very expensive over $300 dollars.It rusted out again this year and I was told by Holland the replacement parts are no longer available.They said the burner was under warranty but it would cost me $15.00 for handleing.I asked them what am I going to do with a new burner and a rusted out Grill. They dont care about the customers or have good customer servise at all.I asked if I could a discount on a new Holland as a loyal customer and was told they could not help me. I would be very careful to tell anyone to buy a Holland grill.For $600 or more they are not a good investment and the Customer Service Sucks.......
