Holland Classic - Sending Grill to the Scrap Yard

I bought my Holland classic about 10 years ago spending more than twice the money of a normal gas grill thinking i would have a great grill to last me a long time. I have had it a long time for a grill but i haven't used it very much mainly because it has never cooked worth a crap. I went though so many different gas orifices trying to get the right temp. Never really got it right. Only would cook well around the edges.

I contacted Holland many times and tried many things but nothing ever solved it. Through frustration i would just deal with it. Over the 10 years I have kept this grill I have replaced everything on it (main body, grill, drip pan, heat plate, shut off valve, regulator, and the cast iron burner) except the lid and stand. Some under warranty others NOT and every part cost some $$ and time to rebuild it.

In my opinion these are junk. This grill has only caused me headache after headache. I would not buy one! Mine is going to the scrap yard.
