Garlic Chili and Ginger Chicken

1/2 kg chicken boneless, 1/2 kg oil, dry coconut: 50gms, onions: 3, green chilly: 3, ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoons... reciepe: first take the chicken in a bowl and add 2 spoons of chilly powder, required salt, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.. then take a pan and pour 1/2 kg oil and then fry all these pieces in that oil , then take out those pieces , now take a new pan add 2 spoons of oil in it , then take the onions which are made paste add 3 spoons of it into that pan and make it fry for some time then finally add chicken along with a spoon of ginger paste and make it deep fry at last add dry coconut powder and 3 spoons of coriander powder.. fry it for 10 min and take it out ..
