Firemagic E660 with Infrared burner and charcoal Basket

I've been familiar with the Firemagic grills for 15 years or so, when my father purchased one for his outdoor kitchen at his bayhouse. This grill even equipped with the bare bones, gets hotter, cooks more evenly, and has a more reliable ignition system than any other grill I've seen (DCS, LYNX, Jennaire, Viking, to name a few). On the gulf coast of Texas, I wouldn't have another grill, simply for their nearly all inclusive lifetime warranty.

Add the optional searing burner, and you'll have a completely different grill. Reaching temperatures of 1200 degrees, great for searing meats up to 1" thick, or searing meat and then moving over to the standard burner to finish up. I only cook my vegetables on the searing burner - drizzled with olive oil and spiced with John Henry's Tammy's Herbal Seasoning - WOW!

The Charcoal basket is the ultimate accessory though, allowing you to cook with charcoal or wood on a gas grill....so now its a gas grill-smoker combination! Outstanding craftsmanship, and great customer service from the manufacturer, but also from the local dealer where I purchased it. You'll never regret buying this grill!
