Fiesta Corn Dip

2 cans Mexicorn – drained 1 blk Monterey Pepper Jack – shredded 1 cup Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup Onions (optional – mine did not have it) 2 cups Hellmans Mayo Mix, bake (oven or grill) at 350 30-40 minutes until top browns. Scoop with Frito scoops.
