DCS Grills (Dynamic Cooking Systems) began in 1989 with appliance engineers and designers that were at the top of their fields throughout the country. Before becoming a leader in the industry with their outdoor grills, the company began with high-end drop-in cook tops that would be the envy of any commercial establishment. They produced high performance ranges, convection ovens, broilers, and griddles for the food service industry.

As a complement to the outdoor barbeque, DCS created outdoor gas heaters so that the experience could be enjoyed year-round. In 2004, Fisher and Paykel Appliances bought DCS as an innovator in the industry, and brought along manufacturing facilities worldwide. Their products come from over forty countries. Over two thousand storefronts offer the products and over one thousand service organizations are supported.

DCS GrillsDCS grills are all made with heavy 304-gauge stainless steel, making the line one of the finest crafted in the industry. Also, with stainless steel, you have no worries of rust, and these puppies can last in any type of weather for year round grilling. The grates on each product have built-in runners to alleviate grease run off and flares as it is channeled away from the food. Two-sided, these grates also offer great flexibility in cooking. The smoother side is great for fish or veggies, while the coarser side produces sear lines that make it great for cooking foods like steak.

The grills also all come with a 9-volt battery ignition system, burners that put out 25,000 BTU and infrared burners that produce 14,000 BTU. Sizes of the grills vary between 30, 36, and 48 inches. This gives the consumer anywhere from 575 square inches to 646 square inches of grilling area. You can purchase any model as a stand-alone or built-in unit. What all this means is, you can actually cook up to fifty pounds of meat on DCS grills.

Take for instance the DCS 30", the smallest grill. Reviewers have called this model a 'subcompact Ferrari' because there are so many pluses to owning one! The design and abilities of this grill convey power with fantastic grilling abilities. There is a built-in grill light and radiant baffling allowing the grill to take extreme care of your food products. Radiant heat will spread evenly throughout the grill's entire surface and when the rods turn bright red and glow, there is a very strong radiant heat being emitted. This type of cooking works faster and keeps the natural flavor and juices within the food products.

Some of the grills have the option of using natural gas or LPG fuel types, allowing for even more versatility. Each grill has designer metal control knobs and optional carts. Rotisseries may also be added on to any grilling system that are dedicated and supply controllable searing heat. Additions to the basic DCS grill include an electric warming drawer used to keep your cooked food warm until serving, grilling tools and carts.

DCS grills are available for purchase worldwide, through several different stores. These stores include Ferguson, Home Depot, Krup, and Sears. Extremely durable and versatile, this grill line can't be beat!
