I purchased a 48" grill by DCS a year ago. It has been serviced 5 times. We are so upset, disappointed and frustrated. We spent 3,500.00 on this grill. At one point a metal piece weld came off. Service company took our grill away for three weeks during the grilling season. We live in the northeast. The grill time is short.
We thought we bought a "commercial grade" elite product. IT IS NOT!!! We have had $300.00 Weber grills that has lasted 10 years with no service needed. DO NOT PURCHASE this lemon.
