I BOUGHT A CHARMGLOW GRILL MODEL #810-8640-S FROM HOME DEPOT IN LADY LAKE FLORIDA. i HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET IT LIT. I ASKED HOME DEPOT IF THEY WOULD HELP THEY SAID NO, I SHOULD CONTACT YOU. PLEASE TELL ME WHO I CAN CALL IN LADY LAKE FLORIDA TO TURN THIS GRILL ON. THANKS. I'LL NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN. NOR WILL MY FRIENDS. Shirley, Are you sure Home Depot told you to contact this website? I have no affiliation with Charmglow. In fact, Home Depot owns the brand but the grills are made for them by Nexgrill (720 series) and Brinkmann (810 Series). Your brand is made by Brinkmann.

Regardless, I would recommend you escalate with Home Depot and not the customer service person at a particular store. There's not much I can do except publish this for you so it gets any attention it deserves.

If this is an unused grill, there must be a simple, fixable solution to the problem.

As soon as I plug in the power all the ignition started and working all the time. please advise.
