Pure junk. Just pulled the grill plates off and all the burners need replaced. The grill is 19 months old. Replacement parts just fo the tubes would be 150.00 plus the other tubes that collect each tube. So that's at least $200.00. I don't even want to talk about the cheap stainless steel material they use. It's cheaper to buy another grill but it won't be a piece of crap that Charmglow makes or any grill they attempt to make. This is a no star product.

I went through the same scenario years ago then I heard about weber quality yada yada yada... but then I bought one and it works as good now as it did the first day I used it..! like anything keep it fairly clean (even if you don't) and it will outlast the other (bargain brands) there are others I'm told that are good also "the big green egg) etc.. never used but who knows in the future!! if you're serious about BBQ, grilling get a good piece of equipment.. you'll be glad you did!!
