Charbroil Tech Series Infrared Burners Replaced Four Times in Four Years

TOTAL GARBAGE.... LESS THAN A YEAR THE INFRARED BURNERS MELTED AND BEGAN TO EXPLODE WHEN I WOULD LIGHT THE. GOT THEM REPLACED AND LESS THAN A YEAR LATER SAME THING....I AM ON MY 4TH SET OF INFRARED BURNERS 2ND SET OF THE OTHER BURNERS ALL THE KNOBS AND BEZELS ARE CRACKED AND PEELING, I AM ON MY 3RD STARTER. I GOT 1 YEAR LEFT ON MY WARRANTY. MY LAST GRILL WAS A WEBBER IT LASTED 12 YEARS BEFORE THE BOTTOM FELL OUT AND I NEVER HAD TO REPLACE ANY PARTS. WHEN THIS FINALLY DIES I'M GOING BACK TO WEBBER

Dangerous Charbroil Bristol Patio Grill

I bought the Charbroil Patio Bristol Grill in May of 2011, It has blown up on my wife 2 times, ,and once on me, it burnt the hair off my arm, I called Charboil and sent pics of my arm, they would not do anything about, saying it was no fault of the grill, I told them I am 54 years old and have used gas grills all my life and have never had that happen, I have put a report into The US Consumer Protection Agency, they are looking into it for a recall. Don't buy this Grill it can be very dangerous.
