SummaryAn environmentally friendly grill using less gas. Has cool rotisserie feature. It sears and slow cooks. While I've never used an Infrared grill, I'm intrigued by the claims that you simply drop smoke chips through the grate onto the U and they begin smoking. If that's true, you can still get some smoky flavor without charcoal, although I will never believe that you can copy the flavor imparted by a wood and charcoal combination. If you own one of these, please let us know what you think.
