The Brinkmann All-in-One Cooker is a highly versatile outdoor cooking appliance. It delivers 5 distinct uses in a single unit. By removing or rearranging the components, it can grill and fry, smoke using gas and smoke and grill using charcoal.

The unit is constructed with an all-welded frame and features a raised rim for extra firmness. It also has robust U-shaped legs.

I was surprised to see so many positive reviews at this price point, but you can see them for yourself. If you aren't ready to empty your wallet once for a gas grill, then for a smoker, again for a charcoal grill and yet again for something portable...but still want the flexibility to go from grilling to smoking...this could be the unit for you.

This unit is built for the outdoor cook who wants a lot, but either doesn't have the room for, or the budget for, individual single purpose cookers. This unit has 5 separate functions and you get them all in a one small package. With some minor configuration changes you can go from frying, to grilling to smoking (with gas or charcoal).

Switching between cooking methods is simple and straightforward. For gas frying, the cooker uses the standalone base with a flat pan, a stable enough construction to hold the large pots used to cook turkeys and lobster.

To make the switch is pretty easy. Frying uses the standalone base with a flat pan and is stable enough for large pots. The grilling configuration uses a aluminized and vented base pan for holding the included lava rocks above the LP burner. To cook with charcoal, you simply replace the lava rocks with charcoal. In this configuration it can be remove from it's legs for use when camping and other off-site venues.

When using the Brinkmann All-In-One as a smoker (gas or charcoal), you can use two racks which hold up to 50 lbs of food. It also has a water pan for temperature control and for steam.
