Brinkmann 5 Burner Grill Smoker Will Not Light

I have used it a few time and i really like it. But now I get spark but it will not light,
so i have this 550.00 dollar grill that I can't use. I went back to Home Depot were i bought this Brinkmann grill and was told that many poeple have been saying the same. With many phone calls
and buying new wires, replaced battery etc etc. Still I have this $550.00 grill that just will not light, and yes Brinkmann support, there is gas in the tank.
this was a stainless grill with 5 burners, smoker,rotisser and side burner.
