Brinkmann 4-burner grill with rotissary

Grill will not heat even up to 250 degrees with all three burners lit. The thermometer on the hood goes up to 600 degrees. I wonder where they got that wishfull thinking? We tried to cook two burgers, but it took over 30 minutes. I brought it back the next day. What a waste of time! Next time I will bring my own propane and a couple burgers to Home Depot and demo it on the spot before purchase!
