Big Steel Keg In Niagra Falls

Coming over from a gas grill, I love the fact that I can sear (800*), grill, 12+ hours of low and slow on a small amount of lump, smoke and bake all on the same unit!

I have yet to run out of propane in the middle of a cook on this thing :-) and I get a 10 year warranty in my pocket.

The associated cooking community on the forum is great, and I am learning new cooking techniques and recipes every day.

Don't get me wrong a gas grill still has its place, but this adds just that much more to your cooking arsenal!
