Big Steel Keg is the Best Charcoal Grill and Smoker

Bought the Big Steel Keg about 1 month ago off the internet. This has to be the best grill/smoker out there. Uses small amounts of charcoal (some may be used again as all the coals usually are not used) and temperature control is a breeze. I have had multiple grills/smokers from Weber, New Braunfels, Aussie, Brinkman etc. and the BSK beats them hands down (not even close). Just ask those who have tasted a brisket smoked on a BSK.

I have a gas grill for convenience as well, but find it takes no more time getting the BSK fired up than it does heating up the gas grill.

The unit comes standard with shelves, multi purpose tool (for lifting the cast iron grate adjusting the vents and removing ash) and a heavy duty cover. The big green egg has these options, but at an additional price.

It is portable, but I have no intention of using it for that purpose. Besides, it's just too heavy and bulky to slap in on the trailer hitch.

This is an A+ grill for serious outdoor cookers.

Glad you like it! I like it too. I have the original Bubba Keg. And yes, I HAVE put it on the trailer hitch all by my lonesome many times. It's a breeze once you get the hang of it.
